Suns erase early double-digit deficit to beat Sixers and arrest four-game slide

THE Suns erased an early double-digit deficit and overcame a tough second half against the Philadelphia 76ers to score a 123-116 victory on Friday in Phoenix (Saturday, Manila time).

Eric Bledsoe scored 24, while Devin Booker came up with 23 points as the Suns ended a four-game slide.

TJ Warren came off the bench to score 19 points for Phoenix, which scored only its ninth win in 30 games.

Tyson Chandler scored 15 points on 5 of 9 shooting, while PJ Tucker matched the output by making five of his seven field goal attempts.

The Sixers, who were ahead 13 at halftime and were still up four entering the final period, absorbed their second straight loss and 22nd in 29 outings.

Joel Embiid scored 27, while Sergio Roderiguez came up with 21 points for Philadelphia.

Robert Covington added 16 markers for the Sixers.
