DRAYMOND Green posted a cryptic tweet, appearing to take a shot at the Cleveland Indians’ collapse from a 3-1 lead in the 2016 World Series.

Green wrote “Man 3-1 sucks” after the Indians lost Game Seven of the World Series against the Chicago Cubs in 10 innings, 8-7, on Wednesday (Thursday, Manila time).

Cleveland held a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven series, only to lose the final three games, including two at home, to extend their World Series title drought to 68 years.

The Indians suffered the same fate as Green’s Golden State Warriors, who became the first NBA team to lose in the NBA Finals after taking a 3-1 series lead. Incidentally, the Warriors lost to the LeBron James-led Cleveland Cavaliers.

James was present during Game Seven of the World Series, with JR Smith even taking off his shirt, evoking memories of his celebration after the NBA finals, to encourage the Indians and its fans.
