THE Philadelphia 76ers made it three straight wins without Joel Embiid, downing the skidding Hornets, 105-99, on Monday in Charlotte (Tuesday, Manila time).

Dario Saric came off the bench to post a double-double of 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Sixers, who traveled to Charlotte without Embid, still out with a knee contusion.

Jahlil Okafor is being held out amid trade issues and could also be off the squad for the game in Boston on Wednesday.

Robert Covington came up with 17 points, while TJ McConnell had 14 points for Philadelphia, which has won 21 of 55 games.

Gerald Henderson and Nerlens Noel had 12 points each for Philadelphia.

The Hornets absorbed their third straight loss and 10 of the last 11 games.

Kemba Walker scored 29 on 10 of 18 shooting, while Nicolas Batum had 16 points.

Frank Kaminsky and Jeremy Lamb had 12 apiece for Charlotte, which suffered its 31st loss in 55 outings.
