Arron Afflalo hits triple in dying moments to lift Kings over skidding Cavaliers

ARRON Afflalo hit a triple with 17 seconds left in overtime and the Sacramento Kings dealt the Cavaliers a third straight loss, 116-112, on Wednesday in Cleveland (Thursday, Manila time).

Coming off a timeout with the score tied at 112, DeMarcus Cousins found Afflalo and the Kings went on to score their second straight win.

The Cavaliers had several chances to tie the match but LeBron James and Kevin Love missed their attempts.

Cousins split his charities off a Tristan Thompson foul for the final count.

It was the 18th win in 45 games for Sacramento.

Cousins finished with 28 points, had 11 rebounds and was an assist short of a triple-double.

Darren Collison scored 23 on 8 of 14 shooting, while Afflalo wound up with 14 points.

James had 24 points for Cleveland, which absorbed its 14th loss in 44 outings.

Love scored 21 on 7 of 16 shooting, while Kyrie Irving had 20 points, making 9 of 19 field goal attempts.
