TWO NBA rookie gunners have yet to heat it up from long range, but have done so against each other.
Grayson Allen and Trae Young engaged in a scuffle during the Summer League match between the Utah Jazz and the Atlanta Hawks in Salt Lake City on Friday, Manila time.
After faking a three-point attempt, the Hawks’ Young got entangled with the Jazz’s Allen early in the third quarter, before cooler heads separated them.

The Jazz won, 92-87, in a game where Allen, the 21st overall pick in this year’s draft, missed all but two of his 13 shots, although the Duke product finished with nine points, eight assists, six boards, three steals, and one block in 27 minutes.
Young, the fifth overall pick out of Oklahoma, shot a dismal 3-of-16 clip from the field, but contributed 10 points, seven assists, four rebounds, and one steal in 30 minutes in the loss.
