MYLES Powell will not be able to see action as the Houston Rockets take on the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Summer League on Tuesday at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas (Wednesday, Manila time).
The 26-year-old Powell played in the early goings of the game opposite the Detroit Pistons on Sunday but hurt his right ankle on an awkward fall against a defender following a three-point attempt and had to ride the pine the rest of the way.
Houston won 113-101.

Asked whether he would be able to play on it the next game, Powell replied: “No, I’m out.”
Powell, who played in the PBA and EASL for the Bay Area Dragons, scored four points and two assists in seven minutes of action in Houston’s 100-99 win over Portland on Friday.
