HE’s currently the brightest among Golden State’s constellation of stars. And he just added sparkle to his shoes.
Kevin Durant unveiled the Nike KD 11 just days after leading the Warriors to a sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals on the way to be named Finals MVP for the second straight year.
It may be his new signature shoe, but it already has a “broken-in” feel that Durant wants from his shoes thanks to its sock-like fit and plush Flyknit that allow you to be comfortable – like you didn’t tie your laces – yet still perform your A-Game at the same time.
“For the tooling, we’ve created a perfect balance of plush ride and bounce,” designer Leo Chang said. “This doesn’t always happen; it really needs two materials to make it work.”
The KD 11 “The Paranoid” (blue colorway) sells for P7,645 and was released last Monday at Titan Fort and Titan22.com. The Still KD (black/white) will be available on July 1 on all Titan branches, the Athlete’s Foot Rockwell, and Alabang Town Center, and Nike Park branches.
