    Heat shows grit in comeback win as Lakers blow 19-point lead for the second straight game

    JUSTISE Winslow and Hassan Whiteside each had the same tally of 23 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Miami Heat's largest come-from-behind win of the season, erasing a 19-point deficit to beat the visiting Los Angeles Lakers, 115-107, to break a three-game losing streak on Thursday (Friday, Manila time).

    Winslow's 23 points was a career high as he went 10-for-16 from the field in a game where five Heat players scored 19 or more points. Goran Dragic added 21 markers and seven assists to go with some crucial shots in the endgame.

    Miami trailed for most of the game as the Lakers rode a hot start to erect a 42-23 lead in the second quarter  but the Heat staged several runs to cut the gap to seven, 60-53,at halftime.

    The Heat took its first lead of the game in the fourth quarter with a runner from Winslow to make it 82-80

    A triple from Lou Williams tied the game 99-all but back-to-back three pointers from Dragic and Tyler Johnson gave the Heat a 105-99 advantage with 3:16 left and Miami went on to complete the comeback.

    Lou Williams had 27 points off the bench while Nick Young finished with five triples for 20 points. D’Angelo Russell had 17 points and seven assists for the Lakers who lost their third straight game.
