THE Wizards got a new win run going and sent dealt the Indiana Pacers to a second straight loss, 112-107, on Friday in Washington (Saturday, Manila time).
Markieff Morris came up with a season-high 26 points as the Wizards scored a follow up to their victory over the lowly Brooklyn Nets.
Morris went 11 for 18 and also pulled down 10 rebounds, while John Wall also scored 26 points, making 7 of 16 field goal attempts.
The Wizards, who had won seven straight games before bowing to the Cleveland Cavaliers, notched their 32nd win in 53 outings.
The Pacers, on the other hand, has lost two straight after a seven-game win streak.
Paul George scored 31, making 12 of 23 field goal attempts for Indiana, which now has a 29-24 woin-loss record.
Kevin Seraphin came off the bench and came up with 16 points, while Jeff Teague scored 13 on 4 of 12 shooting.
