MARCUS Morris scored a career-high 36 points and Jon Leuer had a career-high 24 as the Detroit Pistons downed the Minnesota Timberwolves, 116-108, on Friday in Auburn Hills, Michigan (Saturday, Manila time).
The Pistons scored their second straight win and 22nd in 49 outings.
Morris went 12 for 19 in 38 minutes of action.
The Timberwolves absorbed their second straight loss and 31st in 50 games.
Karl-Anthony Towns came up with 24 points and 11 rebounds for Minnesota.
Andrew Wiggins scored 21 and Zach LaVine added 20.
