MALCOLM Brogdon declared himself ready to see action for the Indiana Pacers as the NBA moves closer to its season restart.
Two weeks after testing positive for the coronavirus, Brogdon is gearing up for the NBA resumption as the Pacers, running fifth in the Eastern Conference join the teams in Orlando.
Indiana Pacers president Kevin Pritchard said last week the team sent training equipment for Brogdon to be able to train by himself, saying the guard looked great and did well in isolation.
Pressure will be on the 27-year-old Brogdon and the Pacers, who have the same record as the Philadelphia 76ers but hold fifth with the better head-to-head.
Indiana, however, is without Jeremy Lamb due to an injury and Victor Oladipo, who has opted out of the NBA restart.
NBA scrimmages are set July 22 to 28, with the season resumption set on July 30. Aldrin Quinto
