UCLA freshman Lonzo Ball has played his final game in a Bruins uniform.

Projected as a top three pick in the 2017 NBA Draft this June, the 6-5 point guard said he is headed for the pros shortly after UCLA’s 86-75 loss to Kentucky in the NCAA tournament's Sweet 16.

"That was my final game for UCLA, and I appreciate all the fans and all the support," Ball told ESPN.

Ball, who averaged 14.7 points and 7.6 assists per game this season, managed 10 points and eight assists in his last college game, being outplayed by the Wildcat’s De-Aaron Fox who finished with 39 markers.

Ball expressed his disappointment, saying UCLA lost to a better team.

UCLA coach Steve Alford said Ball's decision—a plan publicly shared by his father Lavar-- was expected.

"Guys can make a good living sooner than what it was two decades ago, three decades ago," Alford said. "We've had our share of some very good one-and-dones."
