LEBRON James stands behind Nikola Jokic and Kevin Durant in the NBA All-Star voting for the Western Conference frontcourt.
The Denver Nuggets' main man garnered 1.4M votes, while the Phoenix Suns' generational talent got 1.27M to lead all West players, as James of the Los Angeles Lakers had 1.17M.
The all-time leading scorer in league history, however, is still in line to start, which can't be said for Stephen Curry of Golden State who trails Oklahoma City's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Dallas' Luka Doncic for a backcourt starting spot.
Ranking first overall in terms of vote-getters, though, is Milwaukee Bucks franchise player Giannis Antetokounmpo with 1.7M for the Eastern Conference team. The 'Greek Freak' a year ago put an end to James' seven straight seasons as top vote-getter.
Antetokounmpo is flanked by Boston's Jayson Tatum and New York's Karl-Anthony Towns in the East, while the backcourt race is paced by LaMelo Ball of Charlotte and Donovan Mitchell of Cleveland.
The final list of starters for each conference will be bared on Jan. 23, with the full lineup out a week later.
The 2025 NBA All-Star Game will be played on Feb. 16 at the Warriors' home, Chase Center, under a brand new mini-tournament format.
