LEBRON James was not very pleased with the announcement that the NBA has postponed the playoff games on Wednesday in Florida (Thursday, Manila time), stressing that the players boycotted the matches.
Three games were scheduled, with Game Five of the Milwaukee Bucks-Orlando Magic first round playoffs tipping off first.
But the Bucks refused to take the floor, in protest of the killing of a Black man in Wisconsin.
The Magic later issued a statement they stand with the Bucks.
The Oklahoma City Thunder game against the Houston Rockets, and the match between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Portland Trail Blazers will now also be played at a later date.
James took to social media air his thoughts.
The boycott was a statement by players after a Black man Jacob Blake was shot by police officers in Wisconsin in front of his children.
Members of the players’ union had reportedly met on Tuesday, although it was unclear whether a plan to boycott games were finalized before the Bucks made their move.
