THE Cavaliers recovered from a poor start to edge the Philadelphia 76ers, 105-98, on Saturday in Cleveland (Sunday, Manila time) and get back on track.
Coming off a loss to the Indiana Pacers that saw their win streak end at 13, the Cavaliers started slow against the Sixers, falling behind by double digits in the first quarter, were able to close the gap by the end of the first frame and led by twin digits in the middle quarters but did not have control of the match until late.
LeBron James scored 29 points on 9 of 23 shooting as the Cavaliers posted their 19th win in 27 outings.
The Sixers absorbed their 12th loss in 25 games.
