IT seems LeBron James has a chance to tie Michael Jordan in terms of number of NBA regular season MVPs.
Oddsmakers have installed James as the favorite to win the top individual plum in the upcoming NBA season after his move to the Los Angeles Lakers.
The four-time MVP is the +250 favorite, according to Oddsshark, whose prediction, if proven true, will tie James with five-time MVP Jordan and further fan the flames on the greatest-of-all-time debate.
Anthony Davis of the New Orleans Pelicans is running second (+330), while reigning MVP James Harden (+400) of Houston is also poised for a back-to-back.
Milwaukee sensation Giannis Antetokounmpo (+400) and Kevin Durant (+650) round out the Top Five.
