WITH key players already sidelined, the Los Angeles Clippers breathed a huge sigh of relief after DeAndre Jordan was unhurt after getting involved in a car accident on Tuesday (Wednesday, Manila time) at Playa del Rey, California.

In a report by TMZ Sports, one person was hospitalized while Jordan appeared okay after a crash between two cars—a matte black Tesla and an SUV. The Clippers center was reportedly on his way to the airport to head to New Orleans for their game against the Pelicans on Wednesday.

Witnesses also saw Chris Paul on the crash site, but the team said the All-Star guard was not involved in the accident and just headed there together with the Clippers staff to check on his friend as he was near the area. Both Jordan and Paul joined the team flight to New Orleans later on, according to ESPN.

It remains unknown who the injured person was and what the extent of the injuries were.

Blake Griffin remains on the injured list, while Paul and JJ Redick are listed as questionable against the Pelicans.
