    Kyle Korver scores season-high 29, hits eight triples as Cavaliers end Pacers' win run at seven

    KYLE Korver scored a season-high 29 points, hitting eight triples, as the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Indiana Pacers, 132-117, on Wednesday in Indianapolis (Thursday, Manila time).

    The Cavaliers fell behind by double digits early, but used a strong third quarter to take control and notch their third straight win.

    Korver came off the bench and hit 10 of 12 field goal attempts, missing just once from the three-point area, as Cleveland recorded its 36th victory in 51 games.

    Kyrie Irving also had 29 points on 10 of 22 shooting.

    LeBron James scored 25 and made nine assists for the Cavaliers, who look to make it four wins in four road games when they play the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday.

    Kevin Love as the only other Cleveland player to score in double figures with 14 on 3 of 11 shooting, going 1 for 7 from beyond the arc.

    The Pacers had a strong start, outscoring the Cavaliers in the first quarter 36-25 before LeBron led a huge third-quarter run.


    The Cavaliers overpowered the Pacers 40-18 and cruised to victory.

    The Pacers absorbed their 23rd loss in 52 games.

    CJ Miles scored 23, while Paul George and Jeff Teague each had 22 for Indiana.
