Dec 5, 2013

KYLE Korver's 3-point shooting streak continued when he tied the NBA record for consecutive games with at least a 3-pointer and scored a season-high 23 points as the Atlanta Hawks beat the Los Angeles Clippers 107-97 on Wednesday night (Thursday, Manila time).

Paul Millsap scored 25 points and Al Horford had 21 as the Hawks ended a two-game losing streak.

Blake Griffin had 24 points while Chris Paul finished with 19 points and 11 assists as the Clippers lost their second straight game.

Korver, coming from a four game absence due to a bruised rib, tied an 18-year-old NBA record set by Dana Barros by making a 3-pointer in his 89th straight game. Barros set the record while playing for Philadelphia and Boston from Dec. 23, 1994, to Jan. 10, 1996.
