THE Golden State Warriors turned on the style in the third after an anemic first half, ripping the Sacramento Kings, 109-86, on Wednesday in Oakland (Thursday, Manila time).

The Kings led by three at the half before Klay Thompson and the Warriors overpowered them, 42-15, in the third.

Golden State bounced back from a stunning loss to Denver, chalking up their 47th win in 56 games.

Thompson scored 35 on 12 of 18 shooting, going 7 for 12 from beyond the arc, while Kevin Durant scored 21.

Steph Curry scored 13 on a dismal 4 for 14 shooting, making two of eight attempts from the 3-point line.

The Kings saw their win streak end at three.

Matt Barnes came off the bench to lead the Kings with 15 points, while Darren Collison scored 14.

DeMarcus Cousins came up with 13 points on 6 of 14 shooting, while Willie Cauley-Stein matched the output by making 6 of 16 field goal attempts.
