KIEFER Ravena showed his development, particularly with his hops, in his stint as developmental player with the NBA D-League team Texas Legends.
In his latest Instagram post, the former Ateneo Blue Eagle standout shared a short video showing his improved hops in finishing an impressive dunk. Ravena caught the ball off the bounce in mid-air, then finished strong with a right-handed slam
Ravena tagged his Legends teammate Pierre Jackson, who presumably shot the clip with the caption 'Grind' and exclaimed, "I know that man's a star! His name is Kiefer."
Ravena is currently pursuing his dream of making it in the NBA as part of the Dallas Mavericks D-League affiliate, the Legends who had Bobby Ray Parks on their roster last season. Unlike Parks however, Ravena won't be suiting up for the Legends in an official D-League game this season as he was tabbed as a developmental player. But he's surely living up to his role with the progress he's showing on the court just by working with seasoned pros looking to enter the NBA.
