THE Golden State Warriors will have to continue to make do without Kevin Durant in the early goings of the NBA Finals.
Durant has been declared out for Game One of the best-of-seven series against the Toronto Raptors on Friday morning, Manila time in Canada.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr disclosed the development in an interview with reporters on Tuesday.

Cousins’ status remains questionable. Kerr says Cousins has gone through two scrimmages. He still doesn’t appear to be moving very well yet.
Durant has been sidelined due to a strained right calf he sustained in Game Six of the Western conference semifinals against the Houston Rockets.
The Warriors have also listed DeMarcus Cousins’ status as questionable as he continues to recover from his own left quadriceps muscle injury.
The Warriors center has been absent in almost the entire playoffs after sustaining a torn in the first round against the Los Angeles Clippers.
