THE clash of two of the top teams in the NBA between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets just got a little less stellar.
The Warriors announced on Thursday (Friday, Manila time) that Kevin Durant will sit out the game due to a calf injury, joining the injured Rockets' star James Harden on the sidelines as spectators to the clash of the West's two top squads.
Injury report for tonight's game at Houston: Kevin Durant (right calf strain) is out. Omri Casspi (mid back strain) is questionable.

Durant, according to the Warriors statement, is dealing with a right calf strain, an injury he reportedly suffered in the first quarter but chose to play through the pain in Wednesday's win over the Dallas Mavericks.
The 29-year-old Warriors forward leads his team in blocks with 2.3 swats per game and is also their second-leading scorer (27 points a game) while grabbing 7.1 rebounds per outing.
Harden is out at least two weeks for the Rockets due to a hamstring injury.
All eyes will be on the point guard duel between the Warriors' Steph Curry and the Rockets' Chris Paul as both teams battle without two of their respective top stars.
