The Raptors suffered a second straight loss after bowing to the Philadelphia 76ers.
Kyle Lowry had 24 points on 7 of 18 shooting, while Demar DeRozan shot 8 for 17 and wound up with 23 points.
Toronto absorbed its 15th loss in 43 games.
