San Antonio Spurs go wire-to-wire in victory over Detroit Pistons

KAWHI Leonard scored 32 points, LaMarcus Aldridge added 19 point and 11 rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs took an easy 103-92 win over the Detroit Pistons on Friday (Saturday, Manila time), their second straight victory.

It was the 17th 30-point game for Leonard, who also had six rebounds and five assists in 33 minutes of action.

The Spurs never trailed in the game and led by as many as 21 points, as the team shot 50 percent overall and dominated the boards, 50-35.

San Antonio led 27-19 after the first quarter and finished the second on a 12-2 run to take a 60-41 lead into halftime.

Dewayne Dedmon added 17 points and 17 rebounds for the Spurs whol hold the second-best record in the league. Danny Green made 4 of 5 3-pointers for 12 markers while David Lee scored 11 off the bench.

Tobias Harris led with 17 points for the Pistons who saw all their starters score in double figures but none above 12 points. Andre Dummond had 12 points and 15 rebounds. Reserve Ish Smith added 15.
