RICKY Rubio and Karl Anthony Towns showed the way as the Minnesota Timberwolves scored a 119-104 victory to halt the Washington Wizards’ win streak at five on Monday in Minneapolis (Tuesday, Manila time).

Rubio scored 22 points and set a new franchise record with 19 assists for Minnesota.
Karl Anthony Towns had 39 points and 13 rebounds, while Nemanja Bjelica also had a huge double-double of 16 and 10.
The Wizards absorbed their 25th loss in 66 games.
John Wall had 27 points on 6 of 16 shooting and Bradley Beal came up with 20, making 7 of 21 field goal attempts.
