LAS VEGAS - The wait for Kai Sotto's first NBA Summer League minutes continues.
The 7-foot-3 Filipino youngster didn't get the call in Orlando's second game in the preseason showcase, watching from the bench as the Magic dropped a 108-86 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Monday (Tuesday, Manila time).

Just like in the opening loss to the Detroit Pistons on Saturday, Sotto was a DNP-CD (Did Not Play-Coach's Decision) as the Magic's Summer League coach, Dylan Murphy, kept his rotation to 11 players, mostly draft picks and contracted players.
Filipino fans showed up at the Thomas & Mack Center hoping to see Sotto make his NBA Summer League debut and some chanted 'Put Sotto In' at one point during a game that the Pacers broke open early.
WATCH:
The Magic have at least two more games remaining in the Summer League beginning with a game against the New York Knicks on Wednesday (Thursday, 8 a.m., Manila time).
Caleb Houstan led the Magic with 18 points. First-round draft pick Jett Howard added 10 points in 26 minutes while No. 5 pick overall Anthony Black added eight points, seven rebounds and three assists in 27 minutes.
The Pacers, who are now 2-0 (win-loss), had six players in double figures led by Ben Sheppard's 23 points.
