JULIUS Randle had 17 points and 10 rebounds as the Lakers defeated the Sacramento Kings, 75-69, on Sunday in Los Angeles (Monday, Manila time).

It was the Lakers' first preseason victory.

Zach Randolph scored 16 points for the cold-shooting Kings.

KINGS: Garrett Temple was the only other Sacramento player in double figures with 12 points. ... The Kings shot 31 percent. ... Rookie De'Aaron Fox was 1 for 6 with three points in nine minutes.

LAKERS: Rookie Lonzo Ball sat out again as he continues to recover from an ankle injury. ... Brook Lopez had 12 points in his first action with the Lakers, making both 3-point attempts. ... Rookie Kyle Kuzma added 15 points.

UP NEXT: Sacramento (1-2) hosts Portland on Monday. Los Angeles (1-3) hosts Utah on Tuesday.
