IT looks like Jordan Clarkson is staying put in Utah - but it will cost the Jazz more.

The 31-year old guard is finalizing a three-year, $55-million contract that will see the final year of his old Utah deal renegotiated and his contract with the Jazz extended through the 2025-2026 season, The Athletic reported.

Citing sources, The Athletic's Shams Charania reported that Clarkson, represented by Klutch Sports' powerful CEO Rich Paul and agent Brandon Cavanaugh, are in the process of closing the deal.

The former Sixth Man of the Year winner holds a player option worth $14.2 million for the upcoming 2023-24 season as part of the four-year, $52M contract he signed with the Jazz in 2020, after his arrival from Cleveland.
