THE Clippers ended a six-game losing run, scoring a 109-98 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Monday in Los Angeles (Tuesday, Manila time).
JJ Redick showed the way for the Clippers, who took control in the second quarter and held on for their 23rd win in 37 games.
Redick scored 22 points on 9 of 14 shooting, while Jamal Crawford came up with 18 points.
Raymond Felton added 16 points and Luke Mbah a Moute scored 13 points for the Clippers, who are still without main men Chris Paul and Blake Griffin.
DeAndre Jordan had nine points and 20 rebounds for Los Angeles.
The Suns absorbed their second straight loss.
TJ Warren scored 24 and Eric Bledsoe added 22 for Phoenix, which absorbed its 25th loss in 35 outings.
