JAMES Harden had 24 points and 10 assists and the red-hot Houston Rockets made 22 three-pointers in a 142-130 win against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday (Sunday, Manila time).
Harden was 5 for 11 from downtown as eight Rockets players score in double-figures as the team won its second straight game.
All five Houston starters scored in double-figures. Ryan Anderson had 18 points for Houston. Clint Capela added 16 points and 9 rebounds. Trevor Ariza and Patrick Beverley scored 15 apiece.

It was a team effort for Houston which led from the opening tip to the closing buzzer as they won for the sixth time in seven games.
The Rockets dished out 32 assists, made 15 steals and forced 28 turnovers to compensate being out-rebounded 31-58.
A lay-up by Karl-Anthony Towns closed the gap to 133-125 with 1:31 left in the fourth quarter but Houston countered with Ariza’s back-to-back 3-pointers.
Towns scored 37 points and grabbed a career-high 22 rebounds for Minnesota which saw its two-game win streak snapped. Andrew Wiggins finished with 30 points while Giorgui Dieng added 16 points, 13 rebounds and four steals. Ricky Rubio had 14 points and 11 assists.
