JAMES Harden and the Rockets ended the regular season with a bang, downing the Minnesota Timberwolves, 123-118, on Wednesday in Houston (Thursday, Manila time).
Harden posted his 22nd triple-double of the season as the Rockets bounce back after a loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Rockets are third in the Western Conference with a 55-27 win-loss record.
Harden had 27 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds.
Clint Capela scored 22 and pulled down 10 rebounds, while Ryan Anderson had 20 points on 7 for 17 shooting.
The Timberwolves ended their campaign at 31-51.
Karl Anthony Towns had 28 points and 21 rebounds, while Shabazz Muhammad came off the bench to deliver 22 points.
Andrew Wiggins came up with 21 points and Tyus Jones added 17.
