Parker scored 24 points on 9 of 20 shooting as the Bucks scored a follow-up to their victory over the San Antonio Spurs.
Greg Monroe came up with 16 points and 11 rebounds as the Bucks scored their 20th win in 38 outings.
The Heat absorbed their fourth straight loss.
Goran Dragic scored 19, while Hassan Whiteside matched the output while pulling down nine rebounds.
Luke Babbit had 16 points for Miami, which absorbed its 30th loss in 41 games.
