ISAIAH Thomas won’t be reunited with LeBron James at Los Angeles.
Thomas has agreed to a one-year, $2-million offer of the Denver Nuggets, ending his short stint with the Lakers, where former Cleveland teammate James is now the cornerstone.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN broke the news on Friday, Manila time.
Free agent guard Isaiah Thomas has agreed to a one-year deal with the Denver Nuggets, league sources tell ESPN. Thomas will reunite with Michael Malone, who coached him with the Kings.

After a breakout year with Boston in the 201-17 season, Thomas had two uneventful campaigns with the Cavs and the Lakers following a torn labrum injury that took eight months to rehab.
Now, the 29-year-old playmaker looks to have a fresh start with the Nuggets where he is reunited with former Sacramento coach Mike Malone.
