ISAIAH Thomas and Avery Bradley showed the way as the Boston Celtics overcame a second-half Heat rally and scored a 112-104 victory on Monday in Miami (Tuesday, Manila time).
The Heat scored only 12 points in the second quarter and trailed by 17 at the half before scoring 42 in the third period.
But the Celtics did well to hold off the Heat, with Thomas finishing with 25 points and Bradley adding 18.
The Celtics scored their 10th win in 17 outings, dealt the heat a second straight loss, and spoiled the duoble-double efforts of Goran Dragic and Hassan Whiteside.
Dragic came up with 27 points and 17 assists, while Whiteside had 25 points and 17 rebounds for Miami, which absorbed its 12th loss in 17 games.
