THE Heat came up with a huge second quarter to take control and cruised to victory over the undermanned Cleveland Cavaliers, 120-92, on Saturday in Miami (Sunday, Manila time).

Hassan Whiteside and Goran Dragic showed the way as the Heat overpowered the Cavaliers in the 32-16 in the second to get back on track after a loss to the Orlando Magic.

The LeBron James and Kyrie Irving were given the night off after the Cavaliers edged the Atlanta Hawks in a high-scoring game the night before.
