THE Golden State Warriors paid tribute to their huge Filipino fanbase anew with a video on their Facebook page featuring Warriors fans in the Philippines
The Warriors, who have made Filipino Heritage Nights a tradition in the NBA, posted the video Friday six hours before Game 6 of the NBA Finals where Golden State leads Cleveland in the best-of-seven series, 3-2.
As part of their #DubNation #WarriorsGround campaign, the 40-second clip shows Filipinos wearing Warriors gear in daily life situations and celebrating in front of the TV while watching a televised Golden State game.
As of posting time, the video has been viewed 174,000 times and shared 1,898 times with over 21,000 likes.
