Pacers make huge third quarter run and cruise to victory over slumping Nets

THE Indiana Pacers used a strong start to the second half to beat the skidding Brooklyn Nets, 118-97, on Friday in Indianapolis (Saturday, Manila time).

Glenn Robinson III scored 20 points and Rodney Stuckey added 18 as the Pacers notched their eighth win in 17 outings.

Al Jefferson and Myles Turner added 16 points each for the Pacers, who started the third quarter with a 20-5 run and was never threatened.

The Nets suffered their sixth straight loss and 11th in 15 games.

Brook Lopez finished with 20 points and Sean Kilpatrick chipped in with 16 points and seven assists for the Nets.
