THE Houston Rockets’ Trevor Ariza and Gerald Green have been handed two game suspensions without pay for storming the LA Clippers’ locker room in Los Angeles after a game.
Rockets guards Chris Paul, James Harden were spared penalties, as was the Clippers’ Blake Griffin.
The Clippers won a testy game in Paul’s return to his former homecourt, and things got out of hand in the endgame.
It was determined through an investigation that it was Ariza and Green who entered the Clippers locker room.
No penalties were given to Paul and Harden, who followed them to the corridor and tried to intervene.
Ariza and Green will miss the Rockets games against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday (Thursday, Manila time) and Saturday (Sunday, Manila time) against the Golden State Warriors.
