JAMAL Murray came up with the big shots in the endgame as the Denver Nuggets edged the strugging Kings, 105-92, on Saturday in Sacramento (Sunday, Manila time).
The Nuggets made it two straight wins, notching their 31st win in 66 games.
Murray scored 11 of his 14 points in the fourth quarter for the Nuggets, who were coming off a big win over the Boston Celtics but could not put away the Kings early.
Gary Harris led the Nuggets in scoring with 24 points, while Nikola Jokic had a double-double of 20 points and 14 rebounds.
Danilo Gallinari scored 15 on 5 of 11 shooting, while Jamal Murray came off the bench to chip in with 14 points.
The Kings absorbed their eighth straight loss and 41st in 66 outings.
Buddy Hield had 17 points and Tyreke Evans scored 16 off the bench for Sacramento.
