THE Milwaukee Bucks have suffered a temporary blow to their title aspirations after Eric Bledsoe tested positive for the coronavirus.
Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports and TNT reported the development on Friday, Manila time, saying Bledsoe has not been with the Bucks since the team arrived in Orlando.
The 30-year-old Bucks star point guard, though, is “not feeling any symptoms and he really feels good,” Haynes added.
The 6-foot-1 Bledsoe, who averaging 15.4 points on 48.2-percent shooting, 5.4 assists, and 4.6 boards in 27.2 minutes this season, is eager to make his comeback and run the offense of his team, which is leading the league with a 53-12 record.
“He is hoping that he will get here as soon as possible as soon as he fulfills the NBA’s protocols,” Haynes said.
