Russell Westbrook posted his 35th triple double of the season, while Enes Kanter led the Thunder in scoring as they bounced back from a loss to the Golden State Warriors.
Oklahoma City notched its 41st win in 71 games.
Westbrook had 18 points, making all six field goal attempts, issued 14 assists and pulled down 11 rebounds.
Kanter came off the bench to deliver 24 points on 8 of 9 shooting, while Victor Oladipo scored 18.
The Sixers suffered their second straight loss and 45th in 71 outings.
Nik Stauskas had 20 points off the bench to lead Philadelphia.
Dario Saric and Robert Covington scored 12 points each.
