THE Magic used a strong third quarter and went on to beat the Milwaukee Bucks, 112-96, on Friday on Orlando (Saturday, Manila time), halting a three-game slide.
Elrid Payton, Jeff Green and Aaron Gordon showed the way as the Magic notched their 18th win in 45 games.
The Magic broke away from a tight game with a 29-19 third period en route to victory, with Payton delivering 20 points on 6 of 11 shooting.
Green came off the bench to score 18 points, while Gordon had 17 points.
The Bucks have lost four straight and 22 of their 42 games.
Jabari Parker had 25 points, Giannis Antetokounmpo posted a double-double of 17 points and 14 rebounds, while Malcolm Brogdon scored 16.
