DWYANE Wade showed the way as the Bulls downed the Sacramento Kings, 102-99, on Saturday in Chicago (Sunday, Manila time) to end a two-game slide.
Wade scored 13 of his 30 points in a solid fourth quarter performance highlighted by three steals including one from Garrett Temple with 15 seconds left that led to a foul on DeMarcus Cousins. Wade split his free throws to give the Bulls a 100-99 lead.
A Taj Gibson steal led to a Michael Carter Williams basket off a Wade assist and the Bulls sealed their 22nd win in 45 outings.
Jimmy Butler scored 23 and Paul Zipser came off the bench to deliver 13 points.
The Bulls also spoiled Cousins’ 42-point 14-rebound performance and dealt the Kings their fifth straight loss.
No other Sacramento player scored in double figures as they absorbed their 27th loss in 43 outings.
