DEVIN Booker scored 18 of his 27 points in the second half while rookie Marquese Chriss had a career-high 18 points as the Suns handed the undermanned Miami Heat their sixth straight loss, 99-90, on Tuesday in Phoenix (Wednesday, Manila time).
Eric Bledsoe scored 17 points for the Suns, who widened a four-point halftime advantage to 19 late in the third.
It was the Suns’ first win in their 12 previous matches against the Heat.
Goran Dragic had 24 points, 22 in the first half, for Miami, which was limited to just eight players in the roster for the first game of their six-game road trip.
Willie Reed added a career-best 22 point and 18 rebound performance for Miami.
