DESPITE playing with a sore shoulder, DeMarcus Cousins managed to score 19 points and grab 12 rebounds to help the Sacramento Kings beat the Phoenix Suns, 113-106, on Wednesday night (Thursday, Manila time)
In their first road win of the season, the Kings forced the Suns to take bad shots, grabbed more rebounds and took better care of the ball. Sacramento also beat Phoenix at home earlier this week. Reserve Isaiah Thomas finished with 23 points but it was his pesky defense that helped the Kings score 20 points off 17 turnovers.
The Suns, who lost their fourth straight game, had 31 points from Goran Dragic on 10 for 19 shooting.
