DENNIS Schroder hit the go-ahead triple off a Kris Humphries assist with 22 seconds left as the Atlanta Hawks edged the New York Knicks, 108-107, on Monday at Madison Square Garden (Tuesday, Manila time).
The Hawks made it two straight wins, improving their win-loss record to 24-17.
Schroder finished with 28 points, making 13 of 16 field goal attempts, as while Tim Hardaway Jr. came up with 20 points on 9 of 16 shooting.
Paul Millsap had 17 points and Kent Bazemore scored 16, while Humphries came off the bench to deliver 14 points.
The Knicks absorbed their second straight loss and 24th in 42 outings.
Carmelo Anthony had 30 points on 10 of 16 shooting, while Derrick Rose made eight of 16 field goal attempts and wound up with 18 points.
