THE Atlanta Hawks ended a three-game skid with a 114-98 victory over the Celtics on Monday in Boston (Tuesday, Manila time).
Dennis Schroder scored 21 points on 9 of 14 shooting as the Hawks notched their 33rd win in 59 games.
Dwight Howard came up with 17 points on 6 of 11 shooting, while Paul Millsap matched the output by making 7 of 18 field goal attempts.
Howard also had 12 rebounds.
The Celtics suffered their 22nd loss in 60 outings.
Isaiah Thomas was the only Boston starter to score in double figures with 19, making only four of 21 field goal attempts including 1 for 6 from beyond the arc.
Marcus Smart scored 19 and Jaylen Brown had 15 points for Boston.
