THE Raptors finally got a new win run going, defeating the Indiana Pacers, 116-91, on Sunday in Toronto (Monday, Manila time).
DeMar DeRozan led the way for Toronto, which was coming off a victory over the Detroit Pistons and scored only its third win in the last six games.
The Raptors have not won consecutive matches since a four-game streak three weeks ago.
DeRozan scored 22 points on 9 of 19 shooting, while Serge Ibaka had 16 points as the Raptors notched their 41st win in 70 games.
DeMarre Carroll went 4 for 7 and wound up with 12 points, while Jakob Poeltl came off the bench to match the output on 4 of 6 shooting.
The Pacers, coming off victory over the Charlotte Hornets, continued alternating wins and losses, absorbing their sixth defeat in the last 11 games.
Paul George scored 18, while Thaddeus Young and Jeff Teague each had 16 points for Indiana, which suffered its 34th loss in 69 outings.
