Raptors get a new win streak going and extend Nets' losing run to nine

THE Raptors got a new win streak going, routing the skidding Brooklyn Nets, 132-113, on Friday in Toronto (Saturday, Manila time).

DeMar DeRozan led the way as the Raptors made it two straight wins after suffering two straight losses.

DeRozan scored 28 points, while Kyle Lowry added 20.

DeMarre Carroll had 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Jonas Valanciunas also a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds as the Raptors improved their record to 26-13.

The Nets suffered their ninth straight loss.

Bojan Bogdanovic scored 23 points on 9 of 16 shooting, while Brook Lopez had 20 points, making 6 of 17 field goal attempts.
